  • 01Wide internal roads mean light and cross-ventilation change a lot from a corner plot to an interior one. Check on site, not only on the brochure.
  • 02Several towers launched in a short window, so completion timelines cluster. Ask what stage the slab is actually at.
  • 03Commercial frontage on the main road is a different market from the residential interior, at a different rate.
