Hello. We are The Property House
A property brokerage and consultancy in Gandhinagar. We help with flats, bungalows and commercial space, to buy and on rent, in six areas: Sargasan, Kudasan, Raysan, Randesan, Koba and GIFT City.
The firm is run by Parth Prajapati. Come and see a property with us, or call first if you want to check whether it will suit you.
We do not pad a listing, guess a price, or hide whether the area is carpet, built-up or super built-up. If a figure is not settled, the page says so.
How we work with you
We name the measure
We always name the measure: carpet, built-up or super built-up. You should not have to ask. Two listings at the same rate can differ by a third of the usable floor.
We say when we do not know
If a price or possession date is not settled, you will read “not yet declared”. We will not put a number the developer has never given.
We tell you before you drive out
If a property will not suit you, we will say so on the call. No point using up your Sunday on the wrong site visit.
We show an empty page honestly
When nothing fits, you get a short list or none at all. We do not pad the page.
